The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health is seeking to add two new members to its National Advisory Council (NAC). The NAC is an advisory body that meets annually, and 

The foundation’s current need is for younger 

  • Individuals ages 18-26 who reside outside of Texas
  • Individuals who bring lived experience or perspectives related to mental health, trauma, or recovery, either personally or through close community engagement
  • Individuals engaged in their communities through advocacy, education, service, research, peer support, or other related efforts
  • Individuals interested in conversations related to mental health, systems change, policy, and community well-being
  • Thoughtful, community-minded individuals committed to collaboration and meaningful dialogue
  • Individuals who are able to serve a five-year term and participate in one annual in-person NAC meeting (travel supported by the Foundation)
