Foundation Initiatives
The Foundation Initiatives Team (FIT) includes program staff with a broad range of expertise in clinical and community mental health, grantmaking, lived mental health experiences, policy, and nonprofit technical assistance. The team supports our grantee partners and communities across Texas—driving impact through our grant initiatives, scholarships, fellowships, policy programs and support offered by Texas Grants Resource Center (TGRC).

The Hogg Archives provides historical context for understanding the current landscape of mental healthcare, along with maintaining a robust in-house collection of records and artifacts from the foundation and Hogg family.

Grants Management
The Grants Manager at the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health serves as a key liaison between program staff and the communities the foundation supports, helping ensure a smooth and transparent grants process. They oversee the foundation’s web-based grants management system, Fluxx, and provide technical assistance to grant-seekers, working closely with IT staff to support application and reporting needs.
