The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health was established in 1940 at The University of Texas at Austin. Our vision is for all people in Texas to thrive in resilient communities that support mental health and well-being. It is our mission to support Texas communities’ capacity to advance mental health in everyday life.

Staff members at the Hogg Foundation include experts with a wide range of knowledge and understanding of mental health, and a rare mix of academic training and lived experience to draw from.
