Resources for Grantseekers and Grantees
The Hogg Foundation is committed to supporting organizations and individuals making meaningful improvements for the mental health of Texans. If you are seeking funding from the foundation or are a current grantee, please read this page thoroughly.
Applying for Funding
The foundation announces new funding opportunities by initiating requests for proposals (RFPs). The foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. When funding is available, open RFPs will be posted on our website and publicized to our email list. If you are seeking funding, read about our funding strategy.
Questions about funding initiatives and open RFPs must be submitted by email. To avoid a conflict of interest, foundation staff do not accept phone calls regarding funding opportunities. For technical assistance, contact the Systems Administrator, (512) 475-7050.
Before you apply to an open RFP, please review the following resources:
After You Receive Funding
Awardees must submit reports through Fluxx, our online grant portal. Reference your Statement of Agreement for specific reporting requirements, and check out this guide on submitting reports.
Communicate about your funding
We encourage you to communicate about the funding you received from the foundation. Wherever it’s appropriate, please link to our website or tag us in your social media posts. You can find the Hogg Foundation on Facebook and Twitter. For high-resolution versions of our logo, a media boilerplate, and guidelines for referencing the foundation, visit our media newsroom.
In addition to submitting formal reports through Fluxx, feel free to update us throughout your funding period and send us digital pictures of your funding at work. Please only share photos in which everyone pictured has signed a photo release.
Email your program officer and copy our communications team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about communicating about your grant.
