Research at the Foundation

Information about our research projects.

The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health supports research by facilitating knowledge sharing, ongoing learning, and opportunities to improve systems of care among partners and stakeholders. The foundation also supports new research approaches that engage youth and adults with direct experience of mental health challenges, their family members, care providers, and academic partners. Innovation is central to the foundation’s approach, guiding its efforts to identify and test new practices that have the potential to transform mental health in Texas.

The foundation also proudly aligns itself with the mission and values, including innovation and evidence-based practice, of the School of Social Work (SHS) at The University of Texas at Austin.
