Black Mental Health: Let’s Talk About It

The purpose of this forum is to provide a space for the community to openly discuss the stigma in the Black & Brow community particularly with mental health. Here, folks will have an open space to learn, be heard, gain skills to support their friends and family (like recognizing warning signs), and learn some coping mechanisms for how to deal with stress and anxiety.
