The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health announces Dr. Jocelyn Sargent as its new Research and Evaluation Program Officer. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Michigan, Sargent joins the foundation after working as a program officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
