Housing Survey from Texas Health and Human Services Commission

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking your input on the housing needs of the community in which we live and serve. This information can help shape the future of housing across the state of Texas.

HHSC needs people with lived experience, community, family members, and service providers with experience in mental health, substance use, and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to take a brief survey on housing needs in Texas.

For anyone who has lost a family member due to MI, SUD, or IDD conditions, please take the survey in terms of what your family member would have needed in terms of housing and supports.

Answers will be anonymous and will help HHSC plan and improve access to affordable housing. Questions can be emailed to OMHCHousingChoicePlan@hhsc.state.tx.us.

Finding Mental Health Services Survey from NAMI

NAMI is conducting a survey to learn more about how people search for mental health treatment and related services, like case management and financial aid. The online survey is anonymous and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Click here to participate in this survey.

It includes questions about your priorities when seeking these services and your experiences with service-finder tools. Anyone who lives in the U.S. and is 18 or older is eligible.

NAMI actively advocates for research to develop new and more effective treatment and access options for people with mental health conditions. By learning from your experiences, NAMI is putting patient and family voices first in the development of new and improved resources.
