The New Milestones Foundation is pleased to open its Call for Nominations for the 2019 Bridging the Gap Champion. The Bridging the Gap gala is held each year to raise funds to support the programs and services of Integral Care. Each year, through an RFP from Integral Care programs, the New Milestones Foundation’s Board of Directors selects a program focus area to highlight at the gala. Proceeds from the gala go to that selected program area. The Champion selected to receive the award is someone who has made significant contributions in the program focus area.
The 2019 program focus area is substance use disorders and mental health. Please follow the link below to nominate someone you think is well-deserving of this esteemed award.
