Policy
Informing state level policies that include funding and support for mental health prevention, early intervention, and access. We will partner with stakeholders to identify, explore, and research policy that affects mental health, resilience, and well-being, and build the capacity of individuals and community organizations to engage in policy processes.
Our staff will support communities in building civic engagement and bolster an understanding of how to create and implement public policies and regulations that promote mental health, resilience, and well-being. Such policies would include increased funding and support for mental health promotion, prevention, early intervention, and access in a variety of settings.
We will also seek to build community and individual leadership capacity to mobilize and promote policies that support mental health, resilience, and well-being.
