Contact information, directions, and parking details.

The Hogg Foundation for Mental Health envisions a future in which all people in Texas thrive in communities that support mental health and promote well-being. In addition to strategic grantmaking, the foundation provides information, news, and resources so that everyone can play a role in transforming how communities promote mental health in everyday life.

The foundation is not a direct provider of mental health services. If you have a concern related to your mental health, or that of a loved one, seek the advice and support of a qualified professional. You can also learn about services, care providers, and signs and symptoms of mental illness at mentalhealthtx.org (maintained by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission). If you need immediate assistance, call 911 or 988 (24-hour Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Parking

The parking lot is regularly monitored by University Parking Enforcement officers. Without a valid UT parking permit, your car may be issued a parking citation.  See below for visitor permit details.

If you have a valid UT parking permit displayed, you may park to the side or rear of the building in a space marked “Any UT Parking Permit”. Do not park in front of the building in a space marked “Visitor Parking”.

If you do not have a valid UT parking permit and plan to stay in the building for more than 15 minutes, you must obtain a Visitor Parking Permit.

To obtain a Visitor Parking Permit:

Step 1: Park in front of the building in a space marked Visitor Parking.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the rear lot. (Visitors with a disability parking tag will still need to obtain a parking permit.)

Step 2: If you plan to stay in the building for more than 15 minutes, use the front door and take the elevator to the 4th floor.

An accessible entrance is available behind the building in the basement parking garage. To access the 4th floor by elevator, go down the ramp leading into the basement garage. Elevators are located near the middle of the garage and to your right.

Step 3: Request a Visitor Parking Permit from a Hogg Foundation staff member on the 4th floor.
