Lexi Arons has served in a variety of roles with the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health since 2009. As grants management associate, she facilitates applicant and grantee processes and is the go-to for questions about the foundation’s grants management system, Fluxx.
Prior to joining the foundation, Lexi served in a variety of roles with The University of Texas at Austin’s temporary services program, UTemps. She is grateful for the opportunity this experience provided to learn about the university’s systems before settling in at the foundation where she enjoys working in such an impactful field.
A native Austinite, Lexi is a proud McCallum High School graduate. When she and her wife aren’t walking Austin’s Greenbelt or playing in the yard with their dogs, you might find her trying to beat her typing record—80 words per minute! She and her wife plan to travel and photograph the world as often as possible, but for now, they are happy sunning in kayaks at Lady Bird Lake.
